Welcome! I am so glad you’re here! I have spent my whole life studying solidarity and

resiliency through natural disaster relief, indigenous

rights, and physical and emotional healing from a rare and aggressive form of breast cancer. I would love to help others recognize their own solidarity and resiliency, on the mat and off and to introduce people to the collective resiliency that yoga provides to many people. I bring compassion, humor, joy, energy and connection to my classes, and feel genuinely privileged to be able to teach.  It would an honor to be your teacher.
